POLICIES

            OfficeEquipment.cc takes great pride in personalizing online business as much as possible.  We also take the fair treatments of our customers very seriously.  In an effort to eliminate confusion and allow customers to know where they stand, we categorically state our  polices  below.  Please review these items, and be aware of them, before ordering.  If you have any questions in regard to our policies, please contact us and we will be glad to assist you.

MINIMUM BILLING

There is no minimum order amount.

GENERAL PARTS ORDERS(NON-ELECTRICAL)

Items must be ordered using the correct item number.  Parts ordered incorrectly will be subject to return policy for OfficeEquipment.cc Please specify the item number, model number and serial number (where applicable.)

PARTS ORDERS (ELECTRICAL)

Only new and uninstalled electrical components are eligible for return.  Returns are governed by return policy for OfficeEquipment.cc.

SHIPPING

All shipping items are F.O.B. Point of Origin. 

FREIGHT DAMAGE

The freight industry generally requires the following actions in the eventuality of freight damage.  Terms of sale are F.O.B. Point of Origin.  It is the customers responsibility to note any visible signs of freight damage to the carton and to file a written freight claim.   Freight claims for concealed damage must be submitted to the freight carrier in writing no later than ten days from the date of delivery.  OfficeEquipment.cc will provide assistance with freight claims at the request of the customer.

AIR FREIGHT SERVICE

Orders to be shipped by way of an air express service may be received no later than 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time) in order to guarantee same days shipping of in stock items.  Items which need to be ordered and drop shipped from the factory must be submitted no later than 10:15a.m. (Indiana time) and are subject to being available in manufacturer's inventory.

RETURNS

All returns must be authorized within 30 days of the date of receipt, please call our toll free number 866-563-4046 for return authorization. On any merchandise authorized to be returned that was correctly supplied and has not yet been used or installed, a 25% restocking fee may be charged to cover the cost of inspection and repacking. In addition to the restocking fee, if reconditioning is required, the net cost of such work could be deducted for the credit issued. All returned merchandise must be shipped freight charges prepaid and packaged in a manner that prevents shipping damage.

NOTE: Electrical Components are tested before they are shipped. Due to the risk of improper installation, Officeequipment may not credit claim of defeat. Parts supplied incorrectly, which have not been installed, are exchanged per policy governing returns.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
Warranties are limited to those provided by the manufacturer

Martin Yale warrants all component parts of its products to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase by the end user. Paper trimmers have a limited lifetime warranty.
This warranty does not include the cost of any labor incurred or performed by the dealer of another third party to replace defective components.
This warranty does not cover wearable and consumable parts such as knives, cutting sticks, drill bits, or blocks, rubber rollers, etc.
Martin Yale will repair or replace any component part found to be defective within the warranty period, not caused be accident, misuse, or improper maintenance, if returned to our factory, transportation charges prepaid.

Martin Yale will not be responsible for any charges incurred without its specific authorization.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express, implied, statutory or otherwise.
Martin Yale makes no warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular propose.
To the expert permitted by law, and consequential or incidental damages of any kind, including, but not limited to lost profits and other economic injury are not warranted.
